I was trying to think of a fun workout to do with another guy at work.  My shoulder/bicep was a bit tight & his knee has been bothering him, so I was trying to get creative. 

5 Rounds of Team Cindy
5 Dead Hang Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Air Squats

Each partner does 5 total rounds of Cindy, but one is resting while the other does his round.  Untimed WOD, but it was something cool to try out.  Nothing too strenuous.

Front Squat
135lbs x 5
185lbs x 1
205lbs x 1
225lbs x 1
Back Squat
255lbs x 1
