I tell ya...I was avoiding the weightroom like the plague. I wanted nothing to do with it. Thankfully, I caught a 20 minute nap this afternoon. It helped, but I'm still dog tired.

I think that's the heaviest I've gone with 3 reps. Felt fast enough I feel beat up. Not nearly as fast as I can though. The 3rd rep was a challenge. I'm off to bed and it's not even 9:30 p.m......
