Tuesday, October 12th, 2010 - Deadlift/Backsquat/Metcon

Had to do some catchup on the 5/3/1. I didn't want to fall behind, so I did deadlift and back squats in the same day. It kind of sucks because all 4 lifts are on different weeks.

Deadlift

5@65% - 205lbs
5@75% - 240lbs
5+@85% - 270lbs x 6 Reps

Metcon

15-12-9-6-3
Handstand Pushups
Chest to bar pullups

Jake not rx'd 6:32
(I did the handstands from a box. They always strain my left shoulder. Once my shoulder strenght gets built up from the cycle, this shouldn't be a problem)

Back squat
70%x 3 reps - 185lbs
80%x 3 reps - 210lbs
90%x 3+ reps - 235lbs x 5 reps
