Thursday, October 21st, 2010- 21/15/9 WODS

I lied about the rest day.  Had some time to get a quick somethin' somethin' in...

21-15-9
Tricep Pressdowns
Bicep Curls

a few minutes rest....then...

21-15-9
95lb bench press
air squats

These were not timed wods.  The bench press wod suprised me.  It wasn't a killer, but it was fun to do something a little different.  Give'er a try sometime
