Thursday, October 28th, 2010 - Bangin' some weights and a quick 50

40lb DB Bicep curls - 10/10/10
100lb Cable Tricep pressdowns 10/10/10
135lb barbell bent over rows 5/5/5

50 Burpees
3:04 - Rx'd  (18 seconds off my PR)

Not bad for no metcons in about 2 weeks.  In the past, my legs would die out during this.  Pace was being pushed, but I couldn't go any faster.  Lungs were on fire.  Strength was never an issue to push up or standup.

Another day of this...
