Needed some well spent family time. Took the kids to http://www.abbeyfarms.org/Abbey_Farms/The_Pumpkin_Festival.html
That should be considered a WOD. Carrying 2 kids though a 10 acre corn maze.
Got a unexpected call and I'll be working 48 hours (Sunday/Monday). Let's hope to sneek a few wods in.
