I'm almost having fun again.  Been taking my fish oil (thanks johnny).  Tied my old 5 rep max back from April 2010.

Bench Press 5/3/1

5 Reps @ 75%
3 Reps @ 85%
1+ Reps @ 95%

150lbs x 5 Reps
170lbs x 3 Reps
190lbs x 5 Reps

I might squat later tonight.
