Friday, October 22nd, 2010 - WOD? What's that?

I'm getting the bug to train again, but I'm still at the firehouse.  Day 4 of being here.  I really wanted to give yesterday's bench press WOD a full go.  Talked another guy into doing it as well.

95lb bench press
Air Squats

Double D - 4:49 rx'd
Jake - 2:24 rx'd

I think I can do this in sub 2.  Nevermind the fact that I did the WOD in flip flops.  Let's just be happy that I'm finding some fun in wodding again.  I'm dying to back squat and deadlift.  It'll be a garage strength wod tomorrow.
