Wednesday, September 8th, 2010 - DL's/SDHP, Run

Lots of stretching and rolling thoughout the day before going to WOD.  I'll get back to some OPT WOD's after FGB is over. 

So, it's the first day back in the classroom setting.  Johnny corrected my incorrect "hook" grip.  Thanks JA!

Deadlift 3-3-3 (65%,75%,85%, based off 315)
