Thursday, September 2nd, 2010 - Cleans/Front Squat

A. Halting Clean Dead Lift @ 1123; 3 x 3; rest 2min


225lbs, 3x3

B. Clean and Jerk; 68% - 1 x 4; 73% - 1 x 4; 78% - 1 x 4; rest 1 min

68% - 135lbs
73% - 145lbs
78% - 155lbs
(Didn't realize it was also the Jerk.  Only did the clean.  Didn't have a whole lot of pop.  Weight didn't feel heavy, but it just didn't move very fast).
C. Clean Pulls; 3 sets x 5 reps; rest 2 min

WOW! Did I push it here.  3x5 - 225lbs

D. Front Squat @ 10X0 - 85%; 5 sets x 2 reps; rest 2 min
 
170lbs and felt solid.
