Had way too much going on with work lately.  I opted to skip the OPT WOD and get something done in the garage.

75% x 5 reps
85% x 3 reps
95% x 1 or more reps

95lbs x 5 reps
105lbs x 3 Reps
120lbs x 4 Reps

I would love to put up 155lbs x 1 Rep by Jan. 1st

130lbs x 1 - BIG FAIL...disappointing

Bench Press - 3x3
140lbs x 3
160lbs x 3
185lbs x 3

25 min easy jog
distance covered - 2.24 miles
HR taken right after run - 112bpm
