Warm up:
Lots of stretching/Foam rolling (YES! I'm making this a priority)
DB Bicep Curls (35lbs) 2x10
Tricep Pushdowns 2x10
WOD:
A. 2 Jerk Balance + 2 Tall Split Jerk; 2.2 x 5; rest 3 min
70lbs x 5 sets
B. Mid Hang Clean; 5 sets of 2 - 60%; rest 2 min
120bs x 5 sets
I'm kind of disappointed with my cleans lately. Not sure what's going on, but I've been having some problems with the catch. I can go heavy, but I'm always jamming my wrist. Speed is fast, but the catch is horrible.
C. OHS - find a 1RM; rest as needed b/t sets (sore wrist, opted for Front Squats instead)
Front Squat:
95-135-165-185-200
200 went up very fast, it's not a 1RM

7 Air Squats
18 Rounds + 3 Pushups + 2 Situps
