Been farting around with squats. At least for the next 30 days, I'm going to squat 250+lbs every day.

Shoulder notes...man my shoulders are toast today. That girly little shoulder workout yesterday, but me in soreness mode. My lats are tight...my triceps are tight...my biceps are tight. Going to see the ortho tomorrow.
