Shoulder feeling a bit bothersome today. Even my supposed "good" shoulder felt a bit yuck today. On to the wod.
Would have liked to do some power cleans with the rest of the folks. Instead I was off in my little handicap corner doing deadlifts.

I wasn't really trying to accomplish much. It was nice to see that I can still pick up something heavy. I must say 320 did not seem challenging. Could have reps probably about 5-6 out. Makes me curious if 345 is really my max.
The non handicap wod called for
10 thrusters / 50 double unders

For the handicap like myself...
10 95lb front squats / 50 mountain climbers
etc.
