Not feeling my strongest and I know why.  Details to come on Thursday...experiment going on if you will...

AMRAP in 8min:

AMRAP in 8min:
10 pushups (chest on floor, remove hands)
7 thrusters 95/65lb

WOD 1: 6 Rounds + 10 Sumo's
rest
WOD 2: 6 Rounds + 10 pushups + 3 Thrusters
