Bench Press:
130lbs - 3 Reps
150lbs - 3 Reps
170lbs - 6 Reps

Deadlift:
200lbs - 3 Reps
230lbs - 3 Reps
260lbs - 6 Reps

AM WOD:
"SQT"


Three rounds for time of:
95 pound Ground to overhead, 10 reps
200 yard Shuttle sprint, 50 yards there and back twice

Two WOD's in one day.  Felt exhausted, but the diet is helping for a quick recovery.
