Tuesday, March 29th, 2011 - 8 min amrap + 2nd wod

Got to work on some weaknesses today.

8 min amrap
10 - 225lb deadlifts
20 20lb wall balls
10 toes to bar

2 rounds + 5 deadlifts (disclaimer - 1st round I did 30 toes to bar instead of 10...my bad)

Can't remember the last time I deadlifted.  Thankfully they didn't feel heavy.

3 mins rest

I scaled the next word
3 rounds for time
10 1arm snatch 35lbs (5 each arm)
6 pistols - 3 each leg

Time was roughly 5 1/2 minutes
