Well, I've gotten like 2 nights in a row where I got more than 5 hours of sleep. I got 6.5 last night. Starting to feel a little better so...into the weight room I went.

That wod sucked. The K2E's taxed the grip enough to make 205 deadlifts challenging. Unfortunately, I had to break them up into 5/5/5.
