10 sledgehammer strikes each arm (10lb'er)
60M weighted sled (30M turn around - 45lb plate w/tire)
5 DB squat cleans (20lbs each arm)

DUDE!!! The amount of lactic acid pooled up in the legs was TREMONDOUS. More about this later....I felt bad for putting my buddy through this workout. We got a fire call 2 minutes after we finished and I wasn't sure Mike was gonna make it. I think he fell in love with Crossfit.
